Screen won't light up when i receive notifications on my brand new versa 4

So I got my new versa 4 yesterday, and it vibrates when I'm getting notifications, but it won't show up on the screen. Is there a setting for that? And can I'm turn the screen off with the button?

Hi @Sigrid.94 - no and no. It's an annoying quirk of how this watch works. The only thing that might help is to swipe the watch face down to get to Quick Settings and make sure all icons are off. The display should come on when you look at the watch.
