Sense 4 no baseline on skin temp

I have worn my Fitbit sense 4 now since 11/18 and I still can’t see a baseline for skin temp. My app is up to date as is my Fitbit still nothing. I am wearing it correctly, force quited and rebooted phone multiple times still no baseline yet.

I have been wearing my versa 4 for over a week and still no skin baseline. My app is up to date as is my versa. I have forced out the app and restarted my phone several times and still no base temp has been recorded. How do I get this fixed?

Hi @mrsmisfit4185 - As a Sense 4 doesn't exist your post was moved to Versa 4 to keep things organised. If you have a Sense 2 or other watch please specify which.

As regards baseline - the baseline is calculated automatically but no value is shown. If you are getting daily skin temperature readings then it is working normally. The readings merely show if your temperature is above or below the average.

Sorry that was a mistake it should say versa 4. I tried to delete post but couldn’t find a way to do that. I am not getting anything still says “wear for 3 nights”

@mrsmisfit4185- thanks for the clarification. You can change the original text if you login to the community and click on the 3 dots and do Edit and re-post. It's already in the right forum.

Have you tried restarting the watch just in case it needs refreshing.

Well now, I am seriously thinking of switching to another brand of smartwatch.  I bought a Versa 4 about 2 to 3 weeks ago and I have worn it constantly since then, however… it is not recording my skin temperature.  It says to wear for 3 nights 😂😂😂.  Also, no wifi, my battery only lasts 3 days max and I do not get notifications of messages from my iPad or phone calls from my I phone.   I had a Versa 2 prior to this one and I did not have the problems this model has.  I am not a happy camper and either Fitbit gets their **ahem** together and solves these problems, or…

Hi @DDan  - if you aren't happy with the watch it may still be possible to get a refund. 45 days if bought from Fitbit, and some shops offer 30 days.

The Versa 2 is a good reliable watch normally and may be on offer currently.

I will try that tonight and give it another 3 days to see if that works.

Still no baseline temp so assuming this doesn’t work. Even signed up for the premium and that did not help will be canceling that since it’s no help with this either.

I’m the same got this for Xmas and worn it for more than 3 nights and doesn’t work also my readiness score doesn’t work. My calls won’t connect to Bluetooth either. Have tried rebooting, turn off blue tooth, turn off phone etc and even forget device and re pairing. I have also done a factory reset and still no change. I have contacted support and they have did their best to help me but nothing working. I updated from charge 3 that was a great watch but it stopped working and you can’t buy them anymore

so fed up with this watch now and think I may have to return it. The Google pay works fine however. I wanted this watch as I have health issues and the baseline would be great if it worked

Mine is the same way, my sister got a Versa 4 also and hers said the same. No Baseline Yet, wear Fitbit for 3+ Nites. This has to be a software bug.

So you are saying the Versa 2 is a better watch than the so called upgraded Versa 4? Please do not tell us that.

I have the same problem. I’ve been wearing the Versa 4 every day and night for 2+ weeks.  It still says must wear 3 nights to set a baseline.  This seems to be a common problem based on the replies to your initial report here.  Everything else with my Versa 4 is working fine so far other than the heart rate monitor occasionally getting stuck but that always resolves itself quickly.

Same issue over here. I have straight lines plotted over the three weeks I've been wearing my Versa 4 to bed, 0°F listed at the top of the graphs, and the pop-up message to "Wear for 3+ nights".
