I’m really skeptical of the usefulness of the Daily Readiness reading.
Example: a few days ago I went for a run and the reading was in the upper moderate range. But it was one of those runs I had to work at to keep the pace.
Now today, my Daily Readiness reading was low. Yet, pretty quickly into the run I knew that I was I was pretty energetic and coasted through the run easily.
This pattern has happened before so it’s not a unique occurrence.
In fact, misleading Daily Readiness readings could easily discourage someone who was on the border of going for an exercise, when in fact they might actually have had a good workout regardless of what Fitbit says.

Totally agree with you @Altoid4ever about giving consideration to this score. I never had premium so this is something new to me. My first scores last week were 15 on consecutive days on which I completed 13K to 18K steps and 37 to 62 floors. The score is not something I need to feel motivated. I explained this to someone who had a post after realizing there was an error in her score and she commented back to me that physically disabled people need extra motivation and the score provides it for her. Who am I to argue?

Yeah, I deleted that tab from my main page. It showed a "100" on low days, so then I pondered what was wrong with me, and a "20" when I could fight a bear and win. You can read horoscope instead, it has the same chance of being right.
