Skin Temperature and Alexa are not working on my Versa 4

New to Versa 4, two function's that do not work are skin temperature and Alexa.  I have worn my watch for 7 nights and there is no data for skin temperature.  I have tried to set up Alexa in the Fitbit app but when I get to the screen to allow Fitbit access and I click on the Allow button it starts a loading blue line on top of the app and stop 1/4 the way thru.  Then nothing, if I click the allow button again, I get an Were sorry screen with a 400 bad request.  Anyone had these and resolved it?

Update: I was able to resolve the Alexa problem by signing out of the MacAfee live safe on my phone then trying the Alexa tile install on my Versa 4 and it worked!
