I have been wearing my Fitbit versa 4 for 3 nights and it’s put my skin temperature as 0.0°c. This feature is the main reason why I upgraded from my previous Fitbit so I’m disappointed it’s not working. I have done the whole log out, update app, re start phone, log back into app and re sync and not changed. I also wear it correctly, everything else works it’s just the skin temperature part. How can this be sorted please?

I'm having the same issue and have worn my Versa 4 every night for 3 weeks. My app still says to wear for 3 nights+ & has not recorded any temp

I have been wearing my versa 4 for over a month and mine still says to wear it at night for longer than three days. HMMM- all my other sleep readings are working because I wear it to bed EVERY night.

Mine is not working either.... sure would be nice if Fitbit could address this in this thread!

I just upgraded to a Versa 4 about a month ago. Everything seems to work fine but skin temp. It just keeps telling me to wear it for three nights for a baseline. It’s had a month worth of nights so I’m not sure what the issue is.
So admitting their product doesn’t work as intended, buy a new phone? Hilarious!

February 8, 2023: Please note that it's been more than 4 months since users started flagging this issue... We need increased responsiveness please!
Update - February 10, 2023: the pertinent tile in my app no longer shows up under the "today" section. I guess this is Fitbit's solution to fixing the problem? Though now the ability to log in and track my core temperature is no longer available either.
Is there any user / beta testing at Fitbit prior to product release or feature changes? Or are full paying customers Fitbit's beta guinea pigs?

Same here! I upgraded for this feature and it's not worked a single time in the 2 months I've had it

Same issue here. I don't even see an icon on skin temperature in the device. No wonder the app says no reading.

It's been 5 months since your reply you all are aware and fixing it....but still after 5 months not corrected?

I am pretty much giving up on fitbit. So far Google has been tearing down and ruining the fitbit virtual world. So, I am going to take the advice of some of the national news columnists that suggest you let your current fitbit device run it's lifcycle course then when ready replace it with either an Apple Watch if you have an iPhone or replace it with a Samsung Galaxy watch if you have an Android phone. Guess I will get a Apple Watch maybe next Christmas or the following.

If you click on Health Metrics it shows up there. I found that after the tile for skin temp was removed
