Skin temperature measurement malfunctioning?

Hi everyone!

I've had my Versa for about 4 months now and am quite happy with it. The skin temperature measurement has been a nice feature to track my cycle with. But this kind of drop I have never seen? Is my watch malfunctioning? Usually my range is +- 0.7 degrees Celsius. Which is 36F I believe. Thanks for any advice!

Maybe your bedroom was chilly last night.  Maybe you kicked off a blanket.

2 important issues here:

1)  Be sure you understand this is measuring your skin temperature, not your internal temperature.  I would not put a lot of faith in using it to predict your cycles.  If it seems to correspond, I would consider that interesting but nothing to depend on.  It is really just offered as a piece of information that is easily measured, for the user for decide for oneself how to use it. For myself, it often jumps 5 degrees F night to night, depending I suppose on temp of the room, how I am feeling, whatever.

2)  0.7 degrees range C is not 36 F, far from it.  This would be if it were a temperature reading. But this is not a temp reading but just a temp difference reading, such as 37 C to 36.3 C.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
