Hi all,
I previously used a Fitbit Inspire 3 which had a working skin temperature feature.
Yesterday my new Versa 4 arrived and I assumed as the temperature had already been benchmarked with my previous Fitbit it would just work immediately?
This morning I have no skin temperature reading. Is it broken or do I need to wait another 3 days?
Thank you in advance

@Rainbowflower I moved your post to the correct forum. I'm sorry, but I don't have an answer for you. Fitbit's Help article doesn't have details. It doesn't say one way or the other if a new device needs to calibrate.

Hello there @Rainbowflower, welcome to the Fitbit Community. @LZeeW I really appreciate all your help in this case.
Please note that, as you mentioned, there is a minimum time required for your device to track your temperature properly. You have to wear your device for at least 3 days and nights, while sleeping.
Considering that you just started wearing it, let's wait until that time has passed to get the temperature recorded on your app.
