On the app…
skin temperature tile says no baseline data yet but I have been wearing it daily for the past 21 days.
BUT..
if I open my health metrics tile it shows a graph with variation.
why are the two saying different things?

Thanks for the suggestion. I did that and still no change. Hopefully, Fitbit will figure out this bug.

Hi!
Got the same issue and after contacting Fitbit-Support, they replaced my Versa 4 with a new one. But same issue on the new device.
After contacting again, they said, that i should wear the Versa 4 for more nights... but still nothing changed.
Hope they are working on a fix.

They are sending me a new one as well. Mine never worked despite all the work arounds. Hoping the new one works. Did urs ever end up working?

I’ve got the same problem. I’ve been wearing my Versa 4 for 2 weeks, and it says to wear for 3 days….I’ve reset the app and my phone. I’ve also got Premium, because I thought that would help. I hope Fitbit fixes it soon.

I’m having the same issue. Tried all the workarounds- uninstalled the app, restarted my phone… I’ve been wearing it for months and the data is there but it doesn’t show up on the home screen in the app. Annoying.

It appears that skin temperature only shows currently in Health metrics.
In addition the specs don't list a temperature sensor for this watch but do mention a skin temperature feature.
