Frustrating how often the data stats view is wrong on my Versa 4. Not the stats themselves necessarily, but FitBit’s mediocre programming that does not fix edits. In my CURRENT case, my Sleep stats are consistently showing me going to bed at 1-2AM, despite actually going to sleep around 11pm. When I edit my sleep time to 11pm, my overall sleep summary changes correctly, but my Sleep Timeline doesn’t change. It used to change easily and give me an accurate view of my sleep stages, which I review EVERY MORNING. Now it’s worthless without the timeline correction.
Why is this so hard for Fitbit? Having been an IT guy for 40 years, I know it’s Quality Control. Mediocre work is one thing. Lack of quality control to get it right is sloppy leadership and unbecoming for a company like FitBit/Google.
I love my Fitbit (7-8 year user) but this is exactly the type of issues from Fitbit that will drive me to an Apple Watch.
This is nothing but a poorly managed programming issue.
