Sleep Score quit after latest firmware update. Anyone else have issue?

Firmware 61.20001.194.86. I was getting sleepscore 90% of the time and now I don't.  It says it was not able to get a heart rate. Yet when I look at the heart rate it's all there.  In the past I did see breaks in the heart graph due to loose band. But now it's not loose. I have tried factory reset, reinstall ap, different band locations and arms. Increase heart rate limit settings. I have ran out of things to try so here I am asking if anyone has a sleep score after Jan.19 or with that firmware version. Versa 4 bought in Dec 2023.

I’m having the same issue, plus no readiness score, even though all the required data is there.

I just notice the Heart rate variability stopped the same day.

Versa 4 is terrible! Bought mine last Nov 2023 as a push gift, not a day goes by that I regret replacing my versa3. I have nothing but complaints about versa4. Today my sleep was not recorded at all. I am a new mom who wants to see how much sleep I am getting so I know how much nap/sleep I should make up for during the day. Worst of all is the screen gets stuck all the time, I thought it was just the clock face, tried changing it and it still does the same thing. Tried resetting it and still gets stuck all over again. Insane! It’s a crappy device now.

My sleep score is back. I tried everything and am not sure but believe the culprit is the option that turns the display on with wrist movement. That doesn't happen but my sleep score is back. I don't recall turning it off and unsure about how it is done.
