I suppose this topic has been beat just about to a bloody pulp - but here is how the new unimproved sleep summary works.
Bed by 9:30 PM, asleep by 10:00 PM most nights. Up a little after 5:30 AM.
First things first, open FB app, see how I slept. Oh, look, I only slept from 1:15 - 5:35 with a 60 sleep score. Well gee whiz, that's not right. Edit sleep. Change date. Change time. Hit Save.
Hmm. It didn't save. Let me do that again. Change date. Edit time. Hit Save. "Sorry, a sleep log already exists in that time period". Okay. Back arrow. Go to yesterday's sleep log. Select "delete sleep log". Delete sleep log from last night from the previous day's sleep log.
Go back to today's sleep log. Edit sleep. Change Date. Edit time. Save. Wait for the newly saved gone to sleep time to actually show on the screen or I might have to start all over again. Force close FB app. Reopen Fitbit app. Glory be, there's an accurate sleep log (75% of the time - 25% of the time I have to start all over again).
Well, GUESS WHAT FITBIT and GOOGLE? IT'S PRIME DAY and I'm going to buy myself an Apple Watch. Thanks for your good years, which are obviously over. I'm heading over to the dark side.
