To better assist you, may I know if this happens all the time? Meaning, throughout the whole day? Or is this just in the morning and after syncing your Versa 4 keeps showing and updating your data for the rest of the day? If this happens just with the first synchronization, please note it's kinda expected to happen sometimes, I do have to sync my Fitbit device twice in a row first thing in the morning so my data can be updated on both, Fitbit device and Fitbit app.
