My brand new Versa 4 has stopped providing s sleep score. This past week it only worked 2 out 5 nights. I have not done anything different. Very frustrating.

Same with my Versa 4. My 3 always gave me a score. I know it’s not how I’m wearing it

My versa 4 stopped tracking sleep score. Then it shows on the App Health data but no O2 saturation. Nothing shows on my watch or my phone app. Not happy.

Hi, this seems like a problem with a version of the Fitbit App as others are also affected.

We had a Versa 4 system update a couple of days ago that was odd - it hung up my Versa 4 so it would not sync with the app, and I stopped getting sleep score, etc. I solved the issue by resetting the Versa and deleting/downloading a fresh copy of the app (Android). In the process Of pairing the phone with the watch, the update downloaded and installed correctly. Problem solved - I would think that this would work for @Tbakalar @Pdg34 @Lyndac72 too.
