Hi helpful people,
My 2 month old versa4 had been working very well, and tracking sleep with a nice tile on the IoS app. A week or two ago, sleep simply vanished off the device.
The versa is syncing all other data just fine - all activities are recorded fine
There is no sleep tile to add on the app - it has just vanished
The IoS app has been deleted and reloaded - makes no difference
The watch versa has been restarted - makes no difference
The watch has been unpaired, 'forgotten' and re-paired - no difference
I've even signed up for the Premium service in case this is a money grab by fitbit to get access to the premium sleep analysis. This is missing as well.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Update: Can i just add, when i go to the edit and 'add tile' screen, there is no sleep app there either. Quite strange.

Hi @SimonGT67 - if you can't find the sleep tile during edit when you scroll to the bottom, click the Discover tab at the bottom and scroll down to Health & Fitness and select ti there.
It may be an app issue and possibly try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe the face off and restart the phone, and why not the watch too?
When you login to the Fitbit App again it may sort itself out.
Sleep is the same in Premium except you can see more days and enable Snore detection, though this drains the battery heavily. Don't forget to disable it before you cancel Premium.
