I've had my Versa 4 for about 5 months now, and recently (in the past month) I've noticed that the smart alarm has started being very inconsistent. It does not vibrate or even light the screen, but goes into automatic snooze mode. Later in the day (after I've forgotten that my alarm never went off) it will suddenly start vibrating for the alarm. Sometimes that doesn't even happen until 12ish hours after the original alarm was supposed to go off. It is crazy when it tells me to "look alive" in the evening after I've been walking around all day! Haha!
Some mornings, however, it works just fine.
I know that it isn't that I'm not feeling it go off, because I am wearing the watch pretty snugly and I have no problems feeling (and waking with) the vibration when the alarm actually works. Also, as I look at the alarm now it says that it is snoozed and will go off in a few minutes- but then it definitely does not go off when it says it will. When I check it again, it has automatically "snoozed".
This is pretty annoying. I'm going to have to go back to the old-school alarm on my phone to make sure that I'm not missing my wake up time.

Thanks! I didn't even know that was how you can restart the watch. I have tried turning it off and back on, with no improvement, but I just tried your way of restarting. Hopefully it works! 😊
