I know Google have went on and on and on about how they're not allowing users to have access to Spotify on the versa 4 but when you receive it as a gift for Christmas expecting it to do what your Versa 2 did but receive essentially a downgraded but more expensive product it's very upsetting. On that note, has anyone managed to "get around" this problem as it seems unfair to ask someone to return a gift because of this reason, please listen to the hundreds of customers who have requested Spotify access and bring it back! It's not that difficult?

I'm super frustrated that Spotify isn't an option anymore. I chatted with customer service a few minutes ago and was told that Fitbit no longer offers Spotify access, and they don't offer any other music streaming platform in its place. Spotify access was one of the main reasons I chose to upgrade to a new Fitbit instead of a different brand and this is quite infuriating.
