I don't carry cards when exercising or running and I can't get the app on my Versa 4, worked awesome on Versa 2. Thinking about going back to 2.

Hi @M0min8or  - the Versa 4 does not have any loadable apps apart from find my phone.

 

Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

I think I will return Versa4 and get a different watch or go back to Versa 2.

I purchased my ( fitbit ) here in the USA from an Amazon ( Japan ) account, sure I can return it but the return requires a DHL shipment which I would have to pay for so ( $40 ) jut to return a ( $200 ) device, I don't think so. I'll just avoid ( fitbit ) and return to Apple watches.
