How do I start my intervals from my watch (Versa 4)?  I had to set the interval time from the dashboard on my pc.  I can no longer find Intervals settings or start from the app or on my watch while I'm out on my run.

Thx. This worked but the UI needs work. It’s super sensitive to the touch and not intuitive.  It took about 8 tries for me to get it all set. It kept hopping back to the main screen

Hello @NicoleV4 and welcome to the Community.  There's a good chance that any change made on your web dashboard won't go to your device.  Fitbit made this same mistake on the Versa 3 and Sense models.  All settings are on the device.  Here's how to set your intervals.

  • Short press the button and open the Exercise app.  If you haven't used the Interval Workout shortcut, choose Other Exercises in the Explore section and swipe up until you get to Interval Workout.  Swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen.  Tap on Interval and make your choices.  There are other settings there, such as your heart rate zone notifications, GPS on/off, etc.
  • Another path is to swipe your screen until you see your Exercise tile.  Tap on All and follow the rest of the directions.
  • If you swipe to the Exercise tile and see Interval Workout in the top three icons, don't tap on that one.  It is a shortcut to start that exercise with the saved settings.
