Annoyingly my verse 4 is rubbish on slew log but even worse, let’s take today for example, 14600 steps when I checked just before midnight. Opened the app again a few minutes after midnight to show my partner my stats from our busy Sunday and it now says 3100 🤔🙃anyone else having this issue and know how to fix it?

Hi @charl28112425 - it is possible that updating isn't complete immediately when you check yesterday (after midnight), did you do a couple of manual syncs to make sure ?

It should be noted that for some reason the Fitbit app syncing bug can annoyingly adjust the steps actually recorded and shown on the watch by random amounts but after several manual syncs it should return to the original correct value.

As regards sleep it relies heavily on heart rate and if it can't read that properly it can be off, things like tattoos or watch placement, sleep mode times (to avoid inadvertent interruptions) can have an influence.
