To get started download Fitbit app to phone

Hello!  band broke on my watch so I have not used it for the past few weeks. Now when I go to use it,  I get this message even though in the app it’s recognizing me but will not sync. my Bluetooth says it’s connected, but it’s strange because when I try to click on it, it just locks up.

I’ve tried everything they’ve recommended. I’ve never seen this message before even when I first got it. My ideas?

Let me help you understand the message you are seeing on your Versa 4. Thanks for the picture and for the troubleshooting you have already tried.

Actually, this is the welcome screen you should have seen when you first got your Versa 4.

The reason you see it now may be because the watch doesn't recognize it has already been paired. Despite it shows as paired on the mobile.

One way to resolve this is to pair it again just like you did it the first time. This being said, please follow the instructions listed in our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? below the section "Add or replace a Fitbit device on an existing account"
