Stress Management Score

I'm a bit confused as to how the stress management score works.  Apparently higher is better but to me the higher number indicates 70 - 100 (100 would mean I will be completely stress free, I would be comatose), but when I've googled it the info. coming up says that  70 is a low number and 0 - 40 would the high number (I would have less stress between 0 - 40)?  Which is correct - does anyone know please?

@AngelaMay   A higher number is better.  I don't think you'd be comatose with a score of 100, just very serene.  You can get more information from this Help article page.  The article covers other features, so I expanded the relevant section for you.  If you tap on your Stress Management tile, there is a Learn More option just below the bar graphs.  it gives a good description, too.
