Stress management score

No stress management score for 2 days.  I have restarted my phone and Fitbit versa 4.  Still no stress score.  I wear my Fitbit all of the time except whenever I shower.  I checked I do. It have any updates.  What is the problem?  Is the problem with Google?

Exact same issue too. I have had no stress management score for two days. I wear my phone all the time. It is always charged and has been updated. Someone please from Fitbit respond to us!

Same with me .. this happened in March also .. it is not us .. I can’t reach anyone in chat .. last time it took them 5 days to figure it out .. even after they told me itgere wasn’t an issue on their end .. don’t make yourself crazy by restarting everything.. it won’t work

Same with me .. no one from Fitbit will reply.. don’t make yourself crazy like I did the first time .. restarting and resetting doesn’t do anything.. you can call the number and pray you get someone that knows something.. it took me three tries to reach someone who knew anything and their answer was to wait and it should be fixed in a few days .. it took about a week

I’ve had that happen once with my Versa 4 too. In my case, turning off the device completely for a few minutes and then turning it back on seemed to fix it. Might also be worth checking if the Fitbit app has background permissions and sensor access enabled properly.

Tried all of those and troubleshooting with the Fitbit help desk .. nothing worked .. thank you for your advice.. on the forum it seems others are having the same problem

Same here, but on Inspire 3. No score since 5/22/25. I wear my tracker all the time, all else is working fine. I have done everything I can find... wiping app cache, wiping my Android cache partition, restarting the tracker and the phone, etc. This is stressing me out. Ha!

I also have the same issue. No stress management score since the 22/05/25. In the first months of this year I have issues with cardio load, daily readiness and now the stress management score. It’s seems seems one problem gets fixed and something else breaks.

I’ve got the same problem. When the issue occurred in March, FitBit Support said it was an error in either the app or device and they were trying to resolve. Probably the exact same problem all over again🙄

i had the same problem in march ..finally got someone at fitbit helpline to say it was on their end and that i’d would take a few days to fix it..took 8 days …this time i haven’t reached anyone who knows what is going on …i’m done trying to reset and restart things …it is just a waste of time

i feel your pain… told myself that i was just going to ride it out …as before …but i broke down and called the helpline yesterday …they were no help ..i told them that i wasn’t the only one ..that other users had posted to the forum … helpline had no idea that there was an issue …it happened in march …took 8 days to resolve …got my fingers crossed 🤞
