Just got off chat with customer support and they said to do this and it worked!
1. Sync your watch in the app
2. Press and hold side button until the fitbit logo appears. It will take a few seconds and some other things may come up first but hold it until the logo comes up. When my watch came back on it was a couple of minutes off, but then it corrected itself. Hope this works for you!
Thank you! I chatted with support and they had me to the same thing. You can do it by just pressing the side button in until the fitbit logo appears.
