Stuck on the same time

My Verda 4 is stuck on the time it will not change, go into the apps the correct time is there. But the opening time is is stuck how to fix went in and tried to manually fix will not work. What can I do.

My husband and I both set up new Versa 4’s today. They are both doing the same thing. I have tried all the things they say to try.

Try shutting the watch down. It worked for me. Go to settings and scroll down to shutdown. Restart watch with left side button

Just got off chat with customer support and they said to do this and it worked!

1. Sync your watch in the app

2.  Press and hold side button until the fitbit logo appears.  It will take a few seconds and some other things may come up first but hold it until the logo comes up. When my watch came back on it was a couple of minutes off, but then it corrected itself.  Hope this works for you!

Thank you!  I chatted with support and they had me to the same thing.  You can do it by just pressing the side button in until the fitbit logo appears.

That makes sense that is effectively a ‘Force shutdown of watch which resets the watch OS. I already sorted it out myself by selecting Settings on watch and scrolling down to watch shutdown option and shut the watch down that way and then pressed the left side button to reboot it and voila it worked. (btw I had 2 Fitbit chat helpers that focused on reinstalling the App on my phone and ignored the simple ‘fix’ of shutting down the watch which I eventually figured out myself and posted in this forum yesterday. Thanks for your shortcut approach.

I had tried everything I found on google. This is the one thing I hadn’t
tried. Glad we got it worked out. Looks like several had the same issue!

I went into the Vera’s app to gallery and picked clocks, changed the clock
face to a done and the clock showed the correct time, than went back and
changed it back to the original clock face that I had, and now it’s time is
correct
