Swim lengths not counting properly on Versa 4

My new versa 4 doesn't count my swim lengths probably. Can anyone help or was it a waste of money investing in a the new version? 

Today was the first time I used it at the pool and in my head I counted around 166 lengths of a 25m pool ,  I count in 50s so I don't lose track , my versa 4 only counted 136 lengths which is way out. 

Any help would be appreciated 👍🏻

Thanks for informing me about this situation in regards to the swim length your Versa 4 counts.

I would recommend you to restart the device and also double check you're wearing the device correctly to make sure everything is correct. Also, make you sure the Versa 4 has the latest Firmware update.
