The watch is set up for right handed users. How do I switch it for left handed?

@Blessed19 that's not actually possible. This is something that Fitbit users have been requesting for many years. You can see an example of that here. Perhaps you would like to add your vote and comment on that suggestion? I'm not optimistic that the change that you need will ever happen though. I'm sorry to have to say that.
