Versa 4 receives phone calls but will not receive text messages

Hi @nancart - when a watch stops syncing you may not receive any communications.

This known bug in the new V4 Fitbit App released in September is probably the cause.

Though first pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons, just in case.

Toggle the phone's Bluetooth off/on. And sync.

If necessary hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and sync.
