Text messages not coming through my Versa 4

All other notifications come through calls, emails, and third-party apps, but not text messages. I have contacted the support team and done all the restarts and reboots of the tracker and my phone. Any other ideas???

Hi @PG2019 - this can be a phone issue, Depending on phone type and settings. The Fitbit App relays notifications that appear in the status bar and if they don't appear it won't. Make sure your app and phone raise these in all configurations. Show previews -> Always might be the key.

While reading your post I was wondering (in case you're an iOS user) if the text messages your Versa 4 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
