Hello:
I purchased a Versa 4 about a month ago. Everything was fine. I charged it the other day. After that, text message notifications are not coming through. I've force quit the app. I've restarted the phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have double checked and all notifications are "on". I researched online all weekend and can't figure out how to get the text message notifications to appear on my versa 4 again.

Hi @mfunk0101 - Just pull down the watch face and disable the Sleep and Do not disturb icons and check wrist wake is enable, as it's easy to change them inadvertently when doing physical manipulations with watch.

Thank you @Guy_ . The sleep and do not disturb icons are disabled. And wrist wake is enabled. Still not receiving text notifications

I'm having the same problem. Just spent time on chat with a "support" person. Waste of time. Said that they would get back to me. Also just discovered that I can't control my Spotify music from my Versa 4. Knew that I should have stuck with the Samsung galaxy watch. Fitbit is garbage.

Yeah I've tried everything. I think I'm pretty tech savvy for the most part, and everything I've tried and read, hasn't worked. Ugh.
