Text messages not showing up instantly on Versa 4

I recently purchased a Versa 4, upgrading from the Versa 2. I am receiving notifications, specifically text messages, on the Versa 4. However, unlike my Versa 2, I have to press a button to see the message. On the Versa 2, the text message was automatically displayed. On the Versa 4, I have to press the side button or tap the screen to see it. When at work, this can be difficult to do.

  Is there a way to have texts show up instantly on the Versa 4 without having to press any button or screen tap?

Hi @deckion628 - others have found the same issue with notifications but did you try pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.

When the watch vibrates for a notification and you raise your wrist to look at it it should then show.

Did you try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

However the behaviour on the Versa 4 isn't as slick as the Versa 2 and due to the different operating system and construction doesn't have all the features you had on your previous watch, some information is now only available in the Fitbit App, and then only if it syncs properly.
