Text notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

I get email notifications on my versa 4, but are no longer getting text notifications. They used to work. No idea why it stopped. Please help...

Hi there, @ILikeVersa2. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not receiving text notifications. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they're assisting you right now. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
