Thankx to Prime Day I just bought a new tracker.

After 12 years of fitbit and all the stats I worked so hard to collect... I am leaving the fitbit community.

It was an easy decision this morning when once again my sleep date was missing. I feel relief from the on going baffling annoying changes that have been made since google took over. PHEW!  The question remains... why would you break something that met the needs of the CUSTOMER?

Hi @cjfh - unfortunately Google don't seem interested in what the user wants or needs or likes or in helping people with any special needs.

Many of the changes made don't work properly or lose functionality like it's being tested in production by users rather that the developers.

Unfortunately Google have not been able to provide a way to go back to a prior working version either.

Only my opinion.

I agree with the comments above. Guy you have "Hit the nail on the head" I'm remaining a Fitbit member for as long as possible! Goodness knows what will happen.
