Hello,
when I start the exercise app on my Versa 4, it crashes every time. This was not the case in the beginning, it just started about 3 weeks ago. The software is up to date and I did a factory reset, but it didn't help. Interestingly, when I exercise, this gets recorded on my phone. Please help!

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest re-installing the Exercise app on your device. To do so, tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner of the Fitbit app followed by tapping on the Versa 4 tile. Then tap on Gallery and then on Apps. Now locate the Exercise app and tap on Uninstall. Next, sync your Versa 4 with the Fitbit app on your phone.
Finally repeat hose steps to install the Exercise app again.

@Talahthas , thanks for the instructions. Surprisingly the app is working again without me doing anything. But I checked and I can't find the word "uninstall" anywhere in the exersise app. I think it's one of the permanent ones that can't be uninstalled. I'm still grateful for your reply in case any of the other apps start acting up I know what to do. Thanks!

@FritziBK You're welcome! Thanks for your feedback! You're completely right, the Exercise app is one of the apps that you cannot uninstall. Sorry that I got something mixed up in this regard.
