The fit bit app is showing more steps than my Versa 4.  It just synced, the app is showing 10,282 and my watch says 9,976. I've turned off phone tracking, not sure what else to do.

I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it did not fix the issue.

Try turning off phone tracking if you have it on.  I did, it didn't correct my steps the first day but they match now.
