Come on Fitbit, this needs sorting. Fed up of not being able to wear my Versa 4 due to battery dying all the time. Only lasts until 54% before dying. Not happy!

Hi @angeoudemon  - you are not the only person with the problem, have you tried changing to a Fitbit clock face though and restart the watch and fully charge it, to make sure it is not something simple.

Sometimes syncing can be an issue and running with Bluetooth off will help see if that is a cause.

If it's an early symptom of hardware damage from water getting in it won't improve, and the last step to verify is to try a factory reset and if it continues a warranty replacement if it is covered.

It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use and sync before a factory reset or replacement if necessary.

Bear in mind EEA users are only allowed to install Fitbit stuff after a factory reset or replacement.

With regards to my issue with the battery, as soon as my battery hits 54% I
get the red cross on a black screen and the Fitbit symbol. This has only
happened since the last update. Having owned Fitbit since it was first
launched in the UK, I am disappointed that I can no longer use it on a
daily basis.

Same for me. Even worse. Hitting 76% my fitbit versa 4 dies. It lasts approx 4 hours before requiring charging. If I don’t recharge at 76%, the fitbit logo appears, the Red Cross and after that a black screen meaning the watch is off. Once I get back home I’ll send it for replacement since it’s under warranty.

Have you managed to fix it? I've tried factory reset which makes no
difference at all.
