The alarm app on my Versa 4 is no longer there

Many times when I go to set or change an alarm on my watch the app is no longer there and it is only the Sleep app. If the alarm app is visible then the sleep app goes away. When I check Fitbit on my phone it says the app is loaded. Besides swiping to the left or right, how do I find the alarm?

Hi there, @Mags907. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot find the Alarm app on your Versa 4. I will do my best to help you with this!

Have you tried doing a short press on the button to get to your apps? The Alarms app should be there in your list of apps. It isn’t in the screen tiles that you search by swiping. The Alarms app is installed by default and you can’t uninstall it. 

If you continue having issues after trying the above, please restart your Versa 4 and try again.

I just tried both methods without success.  I cannot make my alarm shortcut work - this appears to be the only method to set an alarm!?  I Updated my Versa4 yesterday and have had nothing but problems with it since.  I am two hours into trying to make it work this morning but still cannot set an alarm!!  I have followed the Instructions in Settings, Read the Instructions, Visited a number of these forums with no workable result!  I have had a Fitbit since 2015 but this one is about to become Junk - I will not replace it with a Google or Google related Product.
