I bought my versa in October. I have noticed the back of the watch that it's turning white almost like the back covering is coming off. Anyone with this problem? I'm actually very dissapointed in the watch if you take what u pay...alot of features aren't working skin temperature, notifications are none existent, but for now it bothers me that the backside is turning white

@SSmart check out this article on how to care for the Fitbit - click to read. I don't shower with it, since that would add shampoo and soap to the mix. Instead, I charge it while showering and then clean it before putting it back on. Most of the time I use plain water, but there are times the skin accumulates underneath and I use a qtip or even a soft toothbrush to clean the crevices of the device. Rubbing alcohol comes in those little prep pads you see in the health area of most stores. A box of them will last a long time.

Hi @SSmart do you clean the back of the Fitbit? I know if I don't clean mine, the white comes from what skin wears off while it's being worn. I make sure to clean it thoroughly with qtips and alcohol to remove it.
