The refund for my Versa 4 is taking too long

I have spoken via chat three times about my refund and each time the story and time frame is different. I would like a refund for the watch and the warranty as Square Trade said you would issue that.

Hi @JaeVee these are the community forums and members who use the Fitbit devices. You'll need to get directly with customer support, as we don't have the ability to help you. If purchased directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days in which to return it. Other retailers have different time frames. If you returned it, did you have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) form? it's the only way Fitbit has of making sure it's being returned.

I continue to use Fitbit devices, just not that one. I have an RMA and the return was received and signed for. This was an attempt to obtain a clear status and answer, but as you suggested, I will continue calling customer support in an attempt to be refunded. Thank you for your guidance.

When I returned my Versa 4 the refund was issued the day after they received it, but I did not get any notification that it was done. I finally checked my credit card statement and saw that it was refunded.

Oh wow, that’s really nice! Each time I speak with someone the answer is a little different. At this point the credit either has been issued or it’s been referred to the team that issues it. Unfortunately, AMEX shows no refund. I appreciate your response. There’s hope.
