Tried everything and time on face of Fitbit is wrong. Any ideas other than what all have said?

Hi @RCold68 - sometimes it's difficult to get it to sync properly as your title shows.

In the Fitbit App, App settings toggle off/on automatic time zone and sync between each change.

If necessary set a new time zone and sync the return to the correct one and sync with automatic time zone on.

If it's not syncing have you tried Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches on.

Restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Hi there, @RCold68. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 is still showing the wrong time despite all the steps you've tried so far. We'll do our best to help you with this.

Have you tried what @Guy_ has recommended? Please note that the date and time will be wrong if your Versa 4 doesn't sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.

If by any chance you run into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing,  I too recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Mine has done that recently 3 times after I’ve had it on the charger. Resetting the watch doesn’t work but when I refresh the app on my phone so they sync then the time on my watch is correct
