I set up my new (third) watch at 4:51 today. It is now 11:15 and it still says 4:51. Everything else seems to be working.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Tpkc5756!
Time on your Versa 4 is set whenever you sync your device with the Fitbit app. So please make sure you've set the correct time zone within your Fitbit app and on your phone. More details on that can be found here:
How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi
I have the same issue as the original post. The time on the 'home screen' is showing as the time the watch was set up. However when I scroll through the various screens it shows the correct time at the top of the watch.
I have messed about changing location - 12 to 24 hour clock and have synced endlessly - all to no avail.
Any specific tips would be appreciated.
Thanks

My time is also stuck only on the main screen. Also, the time is correct on the other screens, same as WendyD1970.
This needs to be fixed, it's very annoying.

Don't do what I did. Thought I would be 'smart' and uninstall the watch from my Fitbit app and then reinstall it. I'm now in a cycle of the app finding the watch, telling me I have updates, starting the update and then locking at 73% saying it can't find connection! Went through all the suggestions given by Twitter support and still no joy. Went to the chat on the app to ask for details in returning the thing and apparently there are procedures to go through first before they can do that. Presumably the same procedure that Twitter support took me through. Going back to chat later because several hours later I can't be bothered anymore today. Wish to god I'd bought the thing from Amazon, would have been easier to return

I had the same problem and here’s how I fixed it. On the watch I went into Settings and scrolled to the end and hit the Shutdown button. I waited a minute and then started the watch up again and it started keeping time.

Not helpful. Time zone is correct, synced several times. This time stared being incorrect after the update.

Problem I have now is that I am a loop of the phone and watch not connecting properly to finish the update so I can't yet access the settings to do a shutdown. Useful to know though should I get back in and then have the same problem with the time.

Thanks, this worked for me too when nothing else had seemed to work!
this only happened after I completed the update, but hopefully all is well now.

I restarted my brand new V4 three times, but still haven't gotten it to tell time! Each time I start over, the time resets at the non-daylight savings time (unfortunately) but won't progress even after syncing it over and over! It's a mighty expensive pedometer at this point!
