There needs to be higher stress level categories and ways to enter fatigue levels

I keep hitting the max (2nd degree) stress indicator because the current stress level is often at least twice that. Also, the sleep guide says fake things like "short sleep but lively and full of energy with no naps" when I am passing out during the day because I'm so exhausted. There needs to be ways to enter in accurate stress and fatigue levels. I'm often so tired and stresses I think I'm going to grind my teeth to powder after falling asleep at the wheel, but Fitbit doesn't differentiate the stress and fatigue of waking up from the stress and fatigue of a heavy workday.
