My Versa 4 needs an update. It's already connected to my IPhone but when I launch the update through the app, the Versa says its "trying to connect" but never does and the update fails. I've tried forgetting/re-connecting the device on the app, deleting and reinstalling the app on the i-phone, deleting the Versa from I-phone bluetooth and reinstalling, "replacing" the Versa on the app, factory reset of the Versa -all to no avail. Now I'm stuck with the Versa in the new device mode - set language at english, then it locks up "trying to connect" for the update and goes no further. It's useless in its current status.
Can anyone help? Thanks much.
