I'm trying to link my fitbit app with my Gym app. When I have to put my email and password it's saying its incorrect.  I'm selecting for a password forgot email but it isn't sending me one

May I know if you are using Android or an iPhone?

Can you please share a screenshot about what you see on the screen.

The app that is asking you to put the email is the Fitbit app or the Gym app?

It takes me to the fitbit screen.i put my details in and it says there
incorrect.
I try to do a forgot password.i put in my email but it doesn't send a link
