Please can anyone help - I’ve tried all the trouble shooting it did work with my last Fitbit

Please make sure to have th Nutracheck and Fitbit apps up to date. 

Just to confirm, did you tried the steps described here to connect both accounts? How do I connect Fitbit with another app
