I am finding this very frustrating that nothing with fitbit is straighforward.
I smashed the screen on my old handset and had to buy a new one, I cannot connect my new handset for text and phone calls as the old handset is still showing on the app. Everything I read says the old handset needs to delete accesss, but I can't do this as I cannot access anything on there.
My steps and activity are recording on my new phone app but unable to sync calls etc, I have removed the app and reinstalled and restarted my Versa. Please can someone help me? Thank you

Hi @Sarahh56 - make sure to turn off your old phone completely then restart both watch and new phone. Then do a manual pull down on the Fitbit App to sync.
If necessary and the watch isn't syncing run the watch setup in the Fitbit to make the Bluetooth connection [and replace] and/or logout and back in to the Fitbit App and try again.
Notifications will need to be setup again [as you have a new version of the Fitbit App on your phone] and for an iPhone follow the help for that.
