So, I found a clock face I liked and signed up to purchase on Fitface.xyz, but I’m unable to complete the purchase, as I keep getting the following pop up:
Login failed - “verify your email address before login”.
Unfortunately, I haven’t received an email to verify. I have checked numerous times, including my Spam folder….nothing! Although, I found it ironic that I was able to change my password, which required them to send me an email - which they had no problem doing. Has anyone else had similar issues? If so, what worked?

The clock face described by you are designed by a 3rd party developer. As this one is not a Fitbit product or site, I'll recommend you to get in cotnact with the developer .

I have had great success with fit face , seeing fitbit make little to no apps you have to use 3rd party . But fitface works I have like 10 different ones I go through .
