Units of measurement won't update

Every time I click the option to change it to centimetres and kilometres, it changes back to feet and miles.

@Madz_10 Thanks for confirming that you've tried those steps. 

Since the issue persists, please try the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Try updating the units of measurement once again

If the issue is not yet solved after trying the above, would you mind trying to update any other setting in the Fitbit app to see if the changes are saved as they should?

Yes, I have, I changed it as I knew how to, and then when it didn’t work I
looked up that guide and followed it step by step.
