Update of Cardio Fitness and Resting Heart

Since weeks I have Cardio Fitness of 46 but since 2 weeks my Cardio increased to 48 and 49. But I can't see any update. Is this update on a monthly basis, weekly or daily?

@jamiroscafe   Fitbit doesn't give any information about how often this is updated.
