Updated Fitbit app no longer shows run in minutes and seconds

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Following the recent app update any runs that are tracked do not show minutes and seconds and either round down/up to the nearest minute, which is not helpful when trying to track PBs! You used to be able to see mm:ss at the Elevation Gain section but now that only shows you the start and end time of your run from the clock, rather than displaying an accurate run time in minutes and seconds. Please fix this otherwise I will be considering switching to another brand on the market which is a shame considering my loyalty to Fitbit.

It is absolutely inconceivable that a fitness app in 2023 and one of the most popular ones doesn't show seconds for exercise! I log all my runs and keep track of my progress and PRs.. now a 8:31 and 8:59 mile both say 9 minutes. WOW.. embarrassing. Please fix this fitbit.
