It is totally blank and will not charge.

Hi there, @615431B. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

It seems like your Versa 4 ran out of battery, that would explain why the screen won't turn on. With that being said, please try following all the steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
