Versa 3 band won't fit my Versa 4

I have been looking for a after market strap for my versa 4, from what I have seen the strap for the versa 3 will fit on to a versa 4. So I purchased a strap on Amazon, but the strap does not click in on the versa 4. I also have a versa 3 so I tried the versa 4 strap on the versa 3 and it works. But when I try the strap on the strap from the  versa 3 on the versa 4 it does not stay on.

Hi @TelOP - people do report this incompatibility probably due to tolerances, of both watches and straps. make sure the recipient watch and the bands are quite clean. A new watch and new band may be a tight fit.
